河北省某阀门厂在生产矩形耐热铸铁阀门时,由于裂纹造成废品占全部阀体能的20%以上,经采取多种工艺措施,如浇注位置的改变、放置冷铁、改善型芯的容让性等均无明显效果,成为生产中急需解决的问题。经本院与厂方合作,最终解决了矩形耐热铸铁阀露的裂纹,在生产中获得了初步成效。一、阀体裂纹缺陷分析矩形耐热铸铁阀体,使用温度500~550℃。阀体最大轮廓尺寸为3130×1845×460(mm),主要壁厚50~80mm。其形貌及铸造缺陷见附图。铸件的化学成份及性能见表1。
