一、污物的来源液压系统中的污物,主要来自三个方面:外界环境进入的污物,元件和系统在生产过程中残留的污物及元件和系统在工作过程中生成的污物。现分别介绍如下: 1.环境中的污物液压系统工作的环境中,存在各种类型的污物。在大气中,主要是砂粒及灰尘,其它如水汽、热能、化学物品、微生物及放射线在不同的场合下可能存在。砂粒一般指尺寸在74至1000μm的颗粒,主要成份为S_iO_2,大部份由岩石破碎或风化而成。砂粒的硬度约为7莫氏度,足以刮伤或磨损一般钢材。砂粒一般存在低层空间、数量的一半分布于离地面一米的高度之内。
