小学语文教师的培训关乎教师普遍教学质量的提高,是关注教师个人成长的表现。在提高他们教学水平的同时,也能够丰富他们的人生见识度,实现教学相长,提升自己的人生价值。教师的培训越来越得到重视,教师自身的认识提高,学校也逐渐提供更有价值的学习机会,这对于教师和学校的发展来说都是非常有利的。但是通过对当前小学语文教师培训的观察,发现其中依旧存在不少问题。通过对问题的分析,提出几点解决策略,为解决教师培训问题尽自己的绵薄之力。
The training of primary language teachers relates to the improvement of teachers’ teaching quality in general and is a manifestation of the personal growth of teachers. While improving their teaching level, they can also enrich their knowledge of life, realize their teaching and enhance their own life value. Teachers ’training is getting more and more attention, teachers’ own cognition is improved, and schools are gradually providing more valuable learning opportunities. This is very beneficial for the development of teachers and schools. However, through the observation of the current primary school language teacher training, we find that there still exist many problems. Through the analysis of the problem, put forward some solutions to the problem, to solve the problem of teacher training to do their own modest.
