采用4个不育系和3个恢复系,配制成12个杂交组合,对12个杂交组合的株粒重、株穗数、株粒数、主穗小穗数和千粒重的超标优势进行了分析,结果表明:超标优势普遍存在,但不同杂交组合间差异很大,在12个杂交组合中5个性状超标优势依次为株粒重(51.8%),株穗数(46.4%),千粒重(34.6%),株粒数(12.7%),主穗小穗数(2.3%)。5个性状在12个杂交组合中表现出正负优势,并且变化的幅度很大,因此通过大量的配制组合,从中选出强优组合应用生产是可能的,12个组合中的2个强优组合,即克丰三A×克82R27、克73—402A×克82R27,2个组合参加了东北大区小麦区域试验,分别比标准品种克旱九号增产11.5%、11.23%,通过超标优势的分析及大区试验,为春性杂交小麦的选育及大面积生产利用提供科学依据。
