GH36合金模锻机热工艺要求严格,一般不易产生过烧。但是,如果加热设备和控温仪表发生故障或其它原因则有可能引起过烧事故。过烧事故的后果都很严重:必须全炉报废,经济损失很大;如若事故当时未能发现,过烧件一但装机使用,将会造成不堪设想的后果。过烧锻造缺陷,有的在锻造时即可发现,但大部分缺陷是在锻件存放或以后的加工,处理过程中才能逐步暴露。这些缺陷的成因都很复杂,往往不止过烧一种原因。缺陷的

The consequences of overheating are very serious: the furnace must be scrapped, a great economic loss; if the accident was not found at that time, over burning pieces, but installed, will result in disastrous consequences. Over-burning forging defects, and some can be found when forged, but most of the defects in the forging storage or later processing, the process can be gradually exposed. The causes of these defects are complex, often not only burn a reason. Defective
