目的:通过对不同产地,不同粒径半夏种茎的发芽和生长能力进行比较研究,为制定半夏种茎的质量标准提供依据。方法:依据国家标准GB/T3543农作物种子检验规程中总则、抽样、净度分析、发芽实验、水分测定等方法对半夏种茎进行测定。结果:不同产地半夏种茎种质质量差异极显著,湖北京山、四川南充和河南三门峡野生半夏种茎的发芽能力明显优于山西运城和恩施来凤栽培的半夏种茎;不同粒径的半夏种茎的发芽率和发芽势差异显著,其中二级优于一级,优于三级。研究还确定了优质种茎的合适的含水量范围。结论:发芽率、粒径大小、含水量可作为半夏种茎质量的分级指标。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the germination and growth abilities of the stems of Pinellia ternate with different origins and different particle sizes, and to provide the basis for establishing the quality standards of the stems of Pinellia ternata. Methods: According to the national standard GB / T3543 crop seed inspection rules in general, sampling, clarity analysis, germination experiments, moisture determination and other methods of Pinellia stems were measured. Results: The germplasm quality of Pinellia ternata from different habitats was significantly different. The germination ability of stems from Jingshan in Hubei Province, Nanchong in Sichuan Province and Sanmenxia in Henan Province was significantly better than those in Pinellia ternata cultivated in Yuncheng and Enshi-Laifeng of Shanxi Province. The germination rate and germination potential of Pinellia ternata were significantly different, of which the second grade was better than the first grade and better than the third grade. The study also identified a suitable range of water content for good quality shoots. Conclusion: The germination rate, particle size and water content can be used as the grading index of the quality of stems of Pinellia ternata.
