目的建立一种RP-HPLC法同步测定竹叶提取物中特征性的4个黄酮碳苷和4个酚酸的方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法。Luna C18ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈(A)-1%乙酸水溶液(B);体积流量:1.0 mL/min;进样量:10μL;柱温:40℃;检测波长:330 nm。结果异荭草苷、荭草苷、牡荆苷、异牡荆苷、对香豆酸、绿原酸、咖啡酸和阿魏酸在1.875~290.0μg/mL线性关系良好,回收率在96.13%~102.81%,RSD在1.10%~1.66%。结论本方法简便、灵敏、准确,可普遍应用于竹叶提取物的质量研究和品质控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of four flavonoid glycosides and four phenolic acids in extracts of bamboo leaves by RP-HPLC. Methods RP-HPLC method. (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile (A) -1% acetic acid in water (B); volume flow rate: 1.0 mL / min; injection volume: 10 μL; Detection wavelength: 330 nm. Results The iso-triterpenoid glycosides, vitexin, vitexin and isovitin had good linearity in the range of 1.875-290.0 μg / mL for coumaric acid, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and ferulic acid with a recovery of 96.13% ~ 102.81%, RSD 1.10% ~ 1.66%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be widely applied to the quality research and quality control of bamboo leaf extract.
