目的:探讨“以人为本”的产科护理模的应用效果。方法:选择2015年在台州恩泽医疗中心(集团)恩泽医院生产的304名产妇,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组。对照组予以常规产科护理,实验组在对照组的基础上予以“以人为本”的产科护理,比较两组护理差错发生率、护理投诉发生率、并发症发生率、焦虑评分、疼痛评分和护理满意度。结果:实验组护理差错发生率、护理投诉发生率、并发症发生率、焦虑评分、疼痛评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度为98.03%,明显高于对照组的85.53%(P<0.05)。结论:以人为本的产科护理模式可降低护理差错发生率、护理投诉发生率、并发症发生率、焦虑评分和疼痛评分,提高护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the application effect of “people-oriented” obstetric care model. Methods: 304 maternal women who were born in Enze Hospital of Taizhou Enze Medical Center (Group) in 2015 were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table. The control group was given routine obstetric nursing. The experimental group was given the “people-oriented” obstetric care based on the control group. The incidence of nursing errors, nursing complaints, complication rates, anxiety scores, pain scores and nursing were compared between the two groups Satisfaction. Results: The incidence of nursing errors, incidence of nursing complaints, incidence of complications, anxiety scores and pain scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 98.03%, significantly higher than that of the control group % (P <0.05). Conclusion: The people-centered obstetric nursing model can reduce the incidence of nursing errors, nursing complaints, the incidence of complications, anxiety scores and pain scores, improve nursing satisfaction.
