教师培训项目关系到教师专业化程度的发展,关系到教育改革的成败。同时,教师培训项目能够促进教师运用前沿教学理念指导教学,更好地设计教学,从而提高师资水平。本文通过对来自新疆各地(州、市、县)102名高中英语教师进行问卷调查和访谈,试图梳理新疆地区高中英语教师的专业水平和教师培训需求,从而对教育主管部门在组织高中英语教师培训项目时能有所帮助。
