1991年6月以来,我们对24例男性膀胱癌患者施行了回肠新膀胱术,术后随访2-12个月。92％的患者达到了日间可控性排尿、平均膀胱容量为365ml,电解质紊乱等各种并发症低于传统的其它尿流改道术。术后经原尿道排尿明显提高了病人的生活质量,远期的疗效有待进一步观察。 Since June 1991, we performed 24 patients with bladder cancer with ileal neo-bladder surgery and were followed up for 2-12 months. 92% of patients achieved daytime controllable urination with an average bladder capacity of 365ml, with various complications such as electrolyte disturbances being lower than other conventional urinary diversions. Postoperative urethral urination significantly improved the quality of life of patients, the long-term efficacy remains to be further observed.
