根据国家和浙江省的统一部署,自2004年2月中下旬开始,我们对绍兴市人民政府(含政府办公室)1986年-2003年制定或批转的现行有效的可能涉及行政许可的文件进行了较为系统的清理,共清理文件283件,这些政府“红头文件”中共有行政许可事项123项,其中24项属地方政府自行设定,占全部许可事项的19.5%,予以废止或修改。 According to the unified arrangements of the state and Zhejiang Province, starting from the second half of February 2004, we conducted a review of the existing and effective documents that may have been involved in administrative licensing formulated or approved by the Shaoxing Municipal People’s Government (including the government office) from 1986 to 2003 A total of 283 documents were cleared.
