齐母·洛桑旦增,是西藏新一代德技双馨的藏族名医。1943年,在彩虹光芒笼罩中,旦增出生在西藏东部米林县的刚嘎乡,在九代藏医世家“齐母医学”的熏陶中长大,在新西藏的培养历练中成长。他继承了祖传的医德医术、秘方验方,融会了藏医中医、理论实践多种方面,从医40多年诊治病人约51万人次,治愈率约达85％,没有发生任何医疗事故,为人类健康做出了卓越贡献,获得了国内外诸多荣誉。
