用甘紫菜、条斑紫菜的游离丝状体和蛏壳丝状体,在夏天进行低温处理,连续观察了壳孢子形成和放出的过程,取得如下结果: 1.游离丝状体的膨大藻丝,开始在顶端部进行体细胞分裂,接着各膨大藻丝细胞分裂为2个或4个,形成壳孢子。 2.在顶端部,后部新生的细胞,成为色素体少的异常孢子,它不附着在基质上,也未见到其萌发成芽。 3.在成熟膨大藻丝中,细胞内容少的、褪了色的、生长状态不好的,孢子的形成和放出就不好。 4.低温能促进贝壳丝状体膨大藻丝开口,在开口处可以连续放出壳孢子。
