目的比较不同容量法测定ET-26盐酸盐的含量。方法分别采用加乙酸汞的高氯酸非水电位滴定法、加乙酸酐的高氯酸非水电位滴定法及以乙醇为溶剂的氢氧化钠电位滴定法来测定ET-26盐酸盐的含量。结果 3种电位滴定法的滴定结果无统计学差异。结论无汞污染的加乙酸酐的高氯酸非水电位滴定法和以乙醇为溶剂的氢氧化钠电位滴定法的测定结果准确,重复性及稳定性良好,均可用于测定ET-26盐酸盐的含量。
Objective To compare the contents of ET-26 hydrochloride with different volumetric methods. Methods The content of ET-26 hydrochloride was determined by potentiometric titration of perchloric acid with mercury acetate, non-aqueous potentiometric titration of perchloric acid with acetic anhydride and sodium hydroxide titration with ethanol as solvent . Results There was no significant difference in titration between the three potentiometric titration methods. Conclusions The determination results of mercury-free perchloric acid non-aqueous potentiometric titration with acetic anhydride and sodium hydroxide potentiometric titration with ethanol are accurate, reproducible and stable, and can be used to determine the concentration of ET-26 hydrochloride Salt content.
