我厂设计制造的RYG-15-7坩埚保温炉,其耐火层炉衬为轻质耐火砖表面贴硅酸铝纤维毡,保温层用硅酸铝纤维棉。具有结构紧凑、升温快(室温升至工作温度的时间为2.5小时)、耗电少(与具有相同炉膛尺寸、相同规格坩埚的36千瓦低压铸造保温炉比较,工作特性基本一致而安装功率减少了21千瓦,即功耗减少58.3%)等优点。该炉从建成到投产,经过近一年的生产考验,性能符合设计要求。现将该炉的主要设计原理及测试结果介绍如下。一、浴炉的设计计算 1.设计技术指标
