优化孤儿成长的软环境建设,让孤儿自信、明理、感恩地活着,成为一个合格的社会公民,是新时期孤儿工作上台阶、上水平的时代要求,更是党和政府始终关心民生、提高民生福祉的内在要求。本文试着从孤儿养育工作软环境建设的角度,探讨社会和谐建设的微观问题,以使社会弱势群体精神层面建设跟上和谐社会建设的整体步伐。 Optimizing the construction of a soft environment for the growth of orphans will enable the orphans to become self-assured, sensible, and grateful as a qualified social citizen.
