目的:探讨将5S管理法应用于ICU用药安全护理中的效果。方法:温州医科大学附属第二医院在2014年对ICU进行现场管理开始实施5S管理法,其中包括对整理(Seiri)、清扫(Seico)、清洁(Seiketsu)、整顿(Seiton)、安全(Safety)等5个方面来分析,确定ICU用药安全护理的各项评价指标,制定评价指标,比较5S管理实施前后比较评分,结果:5S管理实施后,护理人员的安全理智感、安全知识、自我效能、预判能力等评分均明显高于实施前(P<0.05);5S管理实施前用药差错率为10.53%,实施后,用药差错率为2.63%,5S管理实施后的用药差错率明显低于实施管理前(P<0.05)。结论:5S管理应用与ICU用药安全护理,能有效提高护理人员的安全意识,有效降低用药差错率。 Objective: To explore the effect of applying 5S management method in ICU medication safety nursing.
