水电部黄河水利委员会于1987年2月24～28日,在陕西省绥德县召开了“黄河流域水土保持科研成果经验交流会”。黄河流域八省(区)水利水保部门及所属水保科研站(所)、中国科学院有关研究所、有关高等院校等单位的代表和专家,共86人出席了会议。会议收到科研成果、论文、报告等资料160多篇,广泛交流了近年来水保科研成果和经验,讨论了“七五”期间科研重点项目,酝酿了协作攻关等问题。
On February 24-28, 1987, the Yellow River Conservancy Commission of the Ministry of Electricity and Water was held in Suide County, Shaanxi Province. The “Yellow River Basin Experience Sharing Seminar on Soil and Water Conservation Scientific Research Achievements” was held. Eighty provinces (autonomous regions) of the Yellow River Basin water conservancy and water conservancy departments and affiliated research institutes (Institute), Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, institutions of higher learning and other representatives and experts, a total of 86 people attended the meeting. The conference received more than 160 scientific research achievements, dissertations, reports and other materials. The meeting extensively exchanged achievements and experiences of scientific and technological research on soil and water conservation in recent years. The key scientific research projects during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” were discussed and issues such as collaborative research were brewing.
