茯苓是重要药材,经济价值高。但过去茯苓的加工一直沿用木炭、土坑直接熏烤的落后方法。这对于提高茯苓的药用价值和加工质量极为不利。我县地处山区,近年来茯苓生产逐年上升,最高年产量达190多万斤,收购数达10万斤,产值20多万元。为了解决茯苓干燥问题,节省木炭,锦屏县农机局在贵州省山地农机所的支持和协助下,决定釆用农用5HJ—0.5型干燥机对茯苓片进行干燥试验。1982年9月锦屏县农机局与县药材公司签订了茯苓干燥技术经济合同,具体试验研究任务由锦屏县农机所承担。共进行了30多床次的干燥试验,每斤干茯苓片的平均干燥成本0.0096元(不计人工,只算煤、电费),比木炭烘烤(每斤干茯苓片0.03元)成本低得多。干燥机干燥每床只需1.5小时,按8小时算一个班,一天按干燥4床算,每床可干燥337.5斤,一天合计干燥1350斤,工效比木炭烘烤(327.6斤)高得多。

In order to solve the drying problem of Poria cocos and save charcoal, Jinping County Agricultural Machinery Bureau decided to preclude the drying experiment of Poria cocos with the help of agricultural 5HJ-0.5 dryer in Guizhou province. September 1982 Jinping County Agricultural Machinery Bureau and the county drug companies signed a technical and economic contract drying tuckahoe, the specific task of experimental research undertaken by the Jinping County Agricultural Machinery. Conducted a total of more than 30 bed drying test, dry pock per kilogram of the average drying cost of 0.0096 yuan (excluding artificial, only coal, electricity), much lower than the cost of baking charcoal (0.03 yuan per kilogram of dried Poria Tablets) . Drying machine only 1.5 hours per bed, according to 8 hours a class, a day according to the dry 4 bed count, each bed can be 337.3 kg, a day total dry 1350 pounds, work efficiency than charcoal baking (327.6 pounds) is much higher.
