落幅运动是汽车起重机的主要动作之一,落幅速度影响着起重机的操控性和稳定性。本文针对某起重机公司的动力加压落幅系统,提出了一种落幅速度自调节控制方法,大大提高起重臂的落幅速度均匀性,降低操作强度。首先研究了落幅平衡阀的流量-压差特性,结合起重臂均匀落幅所需的流量,得出了平衡阀控制压力的变化规律,从而达到控制落幅速度的目的。
Falling motions are one of the major movements of truck cranes. The falling speed affects the handling and stability of cranes. In this paper, for a crane company’s dynamic pressure drop system, put forward a control method of falling speed of self-adjustment, greatly improve the uniformity of the lifting rate of the jib and reduce the operating strength. Firstly, the flow-pressure difference characteristic of the falling balance valve is studied. The variation of the control pressure of the balance valve is obtained by combining the flow rate required by the uniform lifting of the boom, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the falling speed.
