目的评估普罗布考对不稳定性心绞痛患者接受药物洗脱支架治疗后静脉血浆中髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的影响。方法入选96例接受药物洗脱支架植入的不稳定性心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组(48例)及普罗布考组(48例)。对照组给予常规治疗,普罗布考组在常规药物治疗基础上加用普罗布考(0.25g,每日2次),治疗至术后6个月,测定术后次日及术后6个月患者静脉血浆中MPO,hs-CRP和SOD的浓度。结果与对照组相比,普罗布考组术后次日静脉血浆中MPO,hs-CRP和SOD的浓度差异均无显著性(P>0.05),普罗布考组术后6个月静脉血浆中MPO和hs-CRP的浓度显著降低,SOD的浓度显著升高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组中术后6个月与术后次日相比,静脉血浆MPO和hs-CRP的浓度降低,SOD的浓度升高,且差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论普罗布考能够显著降低不稳定性心绞痛患者接受药物洗脱支架治疗后静脉血浆中MPO及hs-CRP的浓度,提高SOD的水平,从而发挥稳定易损斑块,减轻机体炎症反应及氧化应激状态的作用。
Objective To evaluate the effects of probucol on the levels of plasma MPO, hs-CRP and SOD in patients with unstable angina undergoing drug-eluting stent treatment Impact.
