近年来,人类白细胞抗原(Human leucocyte antigen,HLA)和人类疾病的关系已引起人们的广泛重视。深入进行这方面的研究对于阐明某些疾病的发病机理及其免疫遗传特征,无疑具有重要意义。本文对HLA和肺部疾病的关系综述如下。【HLA的结构和功能】HLA基因位于人第6对染色体的短臂上,其上收编了遗传学上极为重要的基因。1980年HLA命名委员会确定HLA-A、B、C、D和DR5个位点共支配细胞膜上92个抗原。A、B和C位点的抗原主要见于T及B
In recent years, the relationship between human leucocyte antigen (HLA) and human diseases has drawn people’s attention. In-depth research in this area to clarify the pathogenesis of certain diseases and immune genetic characteristics, no doubt has important significance. This article on the relationship between HLA and lung disease are summarized below. HLA Structure and Function The HLA gene is located on the short arm of the 6th chromosome of a human being and has incorporated genetically important genes. In 1980, the HLA Nomenclature Committee determined that HLA-A, B, C, D and DR5 sites co-dominated 92 antigens on the cell membrane. Antigens at A, B and C sites are mainly found in T and B.
