小白鼠对致死剂量γ射线全身照射后3~4日,肠型死亡率达40%,较大白鼠、犬等反应强烈。本实验为了解严重电离辐射状态下,小白鼠肾上腺皮质的改变,以供救治急性射线损伤之参考。采用雄性健康体重20~25克云南小白鼠16只,分为四组,每组四只,一组为正常对照,三组进行860rad钴~(60)射线全身照射。照射后3、24、72小时各取一组,颈椎错位处死,取肾上腺用戊二醛、四氧化锇、醋酸铀固定,超薄切片,Pb染色,电镜观察。对照组制片观察同。

This experiment is to understand the changes of adrenal cortex in mice under severe ionizing radiation conditions for reference in the treatment of acute ray injury. Using male healthy weight 20 to 25 grams of Yunnan white mice, divided into four groups, four in each group, a group of normal controls, three groups of 860rad cobalt 60 radiation whole body irradiation. The adrenal glands were fixed with glutaraldehyde, osmium tetroxide, and uranyl acetate, ultrathin sections, Pb staining, and electron microscopy. The control group observed the same.
