研究了抗癌药物—一β—蜕皮激素—6—腙的极谱行为。它在氯乙酸缓冲溶液(pH=3.7)的底液中,于线性扫描示波极谱仪上出现两个明显的导数峰,其峰电位分别为—0.60V和—0.72V(相对于饱和甘汞电极),浓度在2.0×10~(-6)~1.0×10~(-4) mol·dm~(-3)范围内,浓度与峰高呈线关系;检测限为6.0×10~(-7) mol·dm~(-3)。采用微分脉冲吸附伏安法,其检测限为2×10~(-8) mol·dm~(-3)。电极反应的机理也作了研究。在β—蜕皮激素含氮的衍生物中,峰电位愈正,则其抗癌能力愈强。
The polarographic behavior of the anti-cancer drug, β-ecdysone-6-hydrazone, was investigated. It showed two obvious derivative peaks in the linear sweep oscillopolarography at the bottom of chloroacetic acid buffer solution (pH = 3.7) with peak potentials of -0.60V and -0.72V (vs. saturated Mercury electrode). The concentration ranged from 2.0 × 10 -6 to 1.0 × 10 -4 mol · dm -3 and the concentration was linear with the peak height. The detection limit was 6.0 × 10 ~ (-1) -7) mol · dm ~ (-3). Using differential pulse voltammetry, the detection limit is 2 × 10 -8 mol · dm -3. The mechanism of electrode reaction has also been studied. In β-ecdysone nitrogen derivatives, the more positive peak potential, then the stronger its anti-cancer ability.
