本文检测了胃癌40例、肝癌25例、大肠癌13例患者血清必需脂肪酸主要组成的变化及术后的影响,并以38例正常健康人作对照。检测结果,三种癌症患者血清必需脂肪酸组成与正常人比较均有明显差异,主要表现为软质酸(C16:0)明显升高,亚油酸(C18:2)明显降低,∑W6EFA亦有明显降低,软质酸/软质油酸,硬质酸/油酸,花生四稀酸/∑EFA比值均下降,其中胃癌、肝癌差异显著。而三种癌症之间,其血清必需脂肪酸组成,虽有不同程度的变化,但似乎缺乏规律性。三种癌症患者于手术后2周其血清必需脂肪酸组成,在一定程度上得到调整,胃癌软质油酸降低,硬质油酸升高,肝癌硬质油酸升高,肠癌软质油酸降低。有关各项比值有的亦得到相应调整,但从整体上分析,变化缺乏规律性。
