癌症患者血清必需脂肪酸的分析研究

本文检测了胃癌40例、肝癌25例、大肠癌13例患者血清必需脂肪酸主要组成的变化及术后的影响,并以38例正常健康人作对照。检测结果,三种癌症患者血清必需脂肪酸组成与正常人比较均有明显差异,主要表现为软质酸(C16:0)明显升高,亚油酸(C18:2)明显降低,∑W6EFA亦有明显降低,软质酸/软质油酸,硬质酸/油酸,花生四稀酸/∑EFA比值均下降,其中胃癌、肝癌差异显著。而三种癌症之间,其血清必需脂肪酸组成,虽有不同程度的变化,但似乎缺乏规律性。三种癌症患者于手术后2周其血清必需脂肪酸组成,在一定程度上得到调整,胃癌软质油酸降低,硬质油酸升高,肝癌硬质油酸升高,肠癌软质油酸降低。有关各项比值有的亦得到相应调整,但从整体上分析,变化缺乏规律性。 This article examined the changes of serum essential fatty acid composition and postoperative effects in 40 cases of gastric cancer, 25 cases of liver cancer, and 13 cases of colorectal cancer, and compared 38 normal healthy people.
