目的评价16层螺旋CT对周围型小肺癌(SPLC)的诊断价值。方法我们对24例临床病理确诊的、直径小于3cm的周围型小肺癌病例进行螺旋CT扫描,并薄层冠状位多平面重建(MPR)和容积重建(volume rendering,VR)并与横断位相比较。结果24例周围型小肺癌的MPR和VR技术在显示肿瘤的基本形态,边缘特征(分叶,血管集束等)叶间裂及膈胸膜的牵拉征,与横断位图像有优势。结论16层螺旋CT的机器性能及处理技术为肺内早期肺癌的定位、定性提供了更多的有用信息。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of peripheral small lung cancer (SPLC). Methods We performed a spiral CT scan of 24 cases of clinically and pathologically diagnosed peripheral small lung cancers less than 3 cm in diameter and compared them with transverse coronal plane MPR and volume rendering (VR). Results The MPR and VR techniques of 24 patients with small peripheral lung cancer showed the advantages of basic morphology and marginal features (lobulation, vascular bundles, etc. Conclusion The 16-slice spiral CT machine performance and processing techniques provide more useful information for the localization and characterization of early lung cancer in lung.
