在橡胶工业中,需要一种简单实用的方法检测硫化橡胶制品的硫化程度。试验证明,检测橡胶制品的溶胀率和余热(DSC法)均为有效的技术。但研究显示,用DSC法检测散热低的制品不太有效,而用溶胀法可在环己烷中检测用硫磺交联的天然胶以及用过氧化物交联的三元乙丙橡胶的硫变情况。采用溶胀法的测试结果显示,其与流变仪测试的数据以及拉伸试验取得的定伸应力值相符。该方法也适用于检测工业橡胶部件整个厚度上的硫化变化情况。
In the rubber industry, there is a need for a simple and practical method for testing the degree of vulcanization of vulcanized rubber products. Test proved that the detection of rubber products swelling rate and residual heat (DSC method) are effective techniques. However, studies have shown that the DSC method for the detection of products with low heat dissipation is less effective, whereas the swelling method can be used for the detection of sulfur crosslinks in natural rubber crosslinked with sulfur and with peroxide crosslinked EPDM Happening. The test results using the swelling method show that it is in agreement with the rheometer data and with the ultimate tensile values obtained from the tensile tests. This method is also suitable for detecting vulcanization variations over the entire thickness of industrial rubber parts.
