Subsequently, compared with the twin male sterile plants containing the Tal gene, this fertile plant was used as a standard to confirm that the presence of this gene has no significant effect on the meiotic division and the phase characterization of the EMC. However, The division showed its repressing effect as early as during the period of the sporogenous cell or the meiosis of PMCs.
