本文研究了加热温度、湿氢加热时间、湿氢加热方式、湿氢温度对4J6-A合金晶粒度和氧化增重的影响。研究结果表明,为了保证该合金在湿氢处理后,晶粒度>5.5No、氧化增重为0.2—0.4mg/cm~2,应选择较低的加热温度,较短的加热时间,采用合适的湿氢加热方式和湿氢温度。
In this paper, the effects of heating temperature, wet-hydrogen heating time, wet-hydrogen heating method and wet-hydrogen temperature on the grain size and oxidation weight gain of 4J6-A alloy were studied. The results show that in order to ensure that the alloy has a grain size of> 5.5No and an oxidation weight gain of 0.2-0.4mg / cm ~ 2 after wet hydrogen treatment, a lower heating temperature and a shorter heating time should be selected, Wet hydrogen heating and wet hydrogen temperature.
