本文针对当前水泥资源紧张、供需矛盾突出的情况,科学地分析和探讨了铁路系统节约水泥的各种途径。论述了减水剂对水泥水化动力学、水化产物晶形转变的影响;分析了在混凝土中掺入适量减水剂所能获得的技术经济效益;阐述了减水剂的应用技术;同时还对综合应用工业废渣、提高材料利用率、加强对小水泥厂的技术改造等节约水泥的途径进行了讨论。指出了节约水泥和推广应用减水剂相结合是符合国情的有效措施,并对当前铁路系统开展节约水泥的工作提出了合理的建议。
In view of the current shortage of cement resources, the prominent contradiction between supply and demand, scientific analysis and discussion of various ways to save cement in the railway system. The influence of superplasticizer on the hydration kinetics of cement and crystal form of hydration products is discussed. The technical and economic benefits obtained by adding appropriate amount of superplasticizer into concrete are analyzed. The application technology of water reducer is expounded. This paper discussed the ways to save cement by comprehensively applying industrial waste residue, improving the utilization rate of materials and strengthening the technological transformation of small cement plants. It is pointed out that the combination of saving cement and promoting the application of water reducer is an effective measure in line with national conditions and puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to save cement in the current railway system.
