假定双圆盾构盾尾注浆浆液为牛顿流体,并考虑到浆液粘度随时间变化的特性,提出双圆盾构的管片同步注浆的两阶段扩散机理。浆液首先在盾尾注浆孔附近呈球形扩散,继而沿着盾尾间隙范围内弧形扩散。推导了双圆盾构管片同步注浆的浆液扩散半径及其沿管壁的环向压力计算公式。
Assuming that the twin-liner shield tailings grouting fluid is Newtonian fluid, and taking into account the characteristics of the slurry viscosity changing with time, a two-stage diffusion mechanism of the double-tube shield synchronous grouting is proposed. Slurry first in the shield tail hole near the spherical diffusion, and then along the shield tail gap within the arc-shaped diffusion. The diffusion radius of slurry and the formula of circumferential pressure along the pipe wall are deduced for the synchronous grouting of the double-cone shield segment.
