目的为了探讨测定心电图ST/TP比值对诊断小儿低钙血症的临床意义。方法利用12导联同步心电图机对61例低钙血症患儿进行床边心电图ST/TP比值测定,并与31例健康儿童进行对照分析,同时查血电解质测定血清离子钙水平,采用SPSS11.5软件进行统计学处理,P﹤0.05为有统计学意义。结论低钙血症患儿组ST/TP比值以及血清离子钙值与健康组比较(P<0.05)有显著差异性,且低血钙抽搐组ST/TP比值血清离子钙数值与单纯低钙血症组相比(P<0.05)有显著差异。离子钙水平与ST/TP比值呈负相关,结果在基层医院不能检测血清离子钙或患儿采血困难的情况下,快速进行床边心电图监测,测定ST/TP比值可间接反映低钙血症患儿的病情,指导临床治疗。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of determining the ratio of ST / TP in diagnosis of pediatric hypocalcemia. Methods The bedside electrocardiogram ST / TP ratio was measured in 61 children with hypocalcemia using 12-lead synchronous electrocardiogram and compared with 31 healthy children. Serum ionized calcium level was measured with the blood electrolytes, and SPSS11 was used. 5 software for statistical analysis, P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. The level of ionized calcium was negatively correlated with the ratio of ST / TP. As a result, bedside ECG monitoring could be performed rapidly if the serum ionized calcium could not be detected in the primary hospital or the blood sampling difficulty in children. The ST / TP ratio could indirectly reflect the patients with hypocalcemia Children’s condition, guiding clinical treatment.
