窨井井盖,即马路中间下水道检查井的盖子,由于长期承受车辆碾压、环境因素等的负面影响,易发生破坏,造成严重损失甚至引发伤亡事故。为提高井盖的强度及使用寿命,提出了一种新型的拱形井盖结构,并通过与现有的两种常见结构井盖的静力学计算结果相对比,发现新型设计的井盖具有承载能力更强、结构可靠性更高、工艺过程更简单等优点,可以更好地应用于城市道路建设当中。此外,还针对新型结构井盖进行了改进设计研究,进一步增强了其可靠性和使用寿命。的研究将为窨井井盖的结构改进设计提供一定的理论基础和技术支持,有着较好的研究和应用价值。
The manhole cover, that is, the cover of the middle sewer manhole of the road, is easily damaged due to the long-term negative impact of vehicle rolling and environmental factors, causing serious losses and even causing casualties. In order to improve the strength and service life of the manhole cover, a new type of arched manhole cover structure is proposed. By comparing with the statics results of the existing two common structural manhole covers, it is found that the new designed manhole cover has the advantages of stronger bearing capacity, Higher structural reliability, easier process, etc., which can be better applied to the construction of urban roads. In addition, improved structural design and study of new structural covers was carried out to further enhance its reliability and service life. Research will provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the structural improvement design of manhole covers, which has a good research and application value.
