以秋石斛‘红霞’为试材,研究外施不同浓度的噻苯隆(TDZ)对秋石斛‘红霞’生长与开花的影响。结果表明:外施TDZ可以显著提高秋石斛‘红霞’的花芽萌发率,处理30d开始大量抽出花芽,TDZ 30mg·L~(-1)处理60d花芽萌发率可达91.43%,而对照仅为46.15%;外施TDZ可以显著增加单株的花序数量,最高可达3.80枝;高浓度的TDZ会导致花序缩短、单序花朵数减少、花朵变小甚至花朵畸形等不利影响。综合来看,以TDZ 30mg·L-1处理促进生长、提前花期的效果最好,且对花朵质量影响最小。该研究结果为秋石斛人工调控花期、提高经济价值提供了技术参考。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of thidiazuron (TDZ) on the growth and flowering of ’Dendrobium nobile’ from autumn. The results showed that the application of TDZ could significantly increase the flower bud germination rate of ’Hongxia’ of Dendrobium officinale, and the flower buds were largely extracted 30 days after treatment. The bud germination rate reached 91.43% at the treatment of 30mg · L -1 TDZ for 30 days, 46.15%. TDZ could significantly increase the number of inflorescences per plant up to 3.80 branches. High concentrations of TDZ resulted in shortened inflorescences, reduced number of single-order flowers, smaller flowers and even deformities of flowers. Taken together, treatment with TDZ at 30 mg · L-1 promoted growth with the best effect of early flowering and had the least impact on flower quality. The results provide the technical reference for the artificial flowering of Dendrobium candidum and improving economic value.
