近年来,枣阳卷烟厂在强化企业生产经营与管理的同时,坚持高起点、高标准地狠抓档案工作的规范化、标准化管理,着眼于为企业发展服务。通过认真贯彻落实《档案法》、《国营企业档案管理暂行规定》和《企业档案工作目标管理办法》等法律与法规,不断加强档案业务建设和基础设施建设,坚持档案信息开发利用与服务,使企业档案工作整体管理水平得到不断提高。档案管理自1989年晋升为省级先进后,1990年晋升为国家二级;1995年在襄樊市档案局组织的档案升级单位复查中,以95.5分的成绩名列襄樊市企业档案管理第一名;1997年又顺利通过了国家一级认定工作,成为湖北省第一家达到企业档案工作目标管理国家一级标准的企业。在加强档案管理和为企业发展服务上,其具体做法是: 一、领导重视,狠抓投入,积极为档案工作发
