目的:调查高中生焦虑、抑郁情绪状况及相关因素分析。方法:对394名高中生采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表进行评定。结果:焦虑的发生率为 5. 1%,抑郁的发生率为 14. 3 %。资料显示,抑郁和焦虑的发生率与性别、年级、学校类型及独生与否无关;父亲高文化程度对抑郁的发生起保护因素,而母亲高文化程度则构成危险因素。结论:高中生的情绪问题,值得社会、学校和家庭的重视。
Objective: To investigate the anxiety and depression mood of senior high school students and their related factors. Methods: 394 high school students were assessed by self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and depression self-rating scale. Results: The incidence of anxiety was 5. 1%, the incidence of depression was 14. 3%. The data show that the incidence of depression and anxiety has nothing to do with sex, grade, school type and only child or not; father’s high education level plays a protective role in the occurrence of depression, while mother’s high education level constitutes a risk factor. Conclusion: The emotional problems of high school students deserve the attention of the community, schools and families.
