记得刚大学毕业那会儿,我常常思考这样一个问题:一名优秀美术老师的标准是什么?是应该把画画得好还是应该把课教得好?什么样的课才算是好课呢?带着心中的困惑,我阅读书籍,聆听老师们的美术课堂。观摩、学习、领悟之后,我开始憧憬自己所上的美术课也应该是快乐的、活跃的、高效的、孩子喜欢的!这是我对美术课堂的追求,也是我对自己作为一个美术教师的要求。我开始走上讲台,开始在各种课堂中寻找我的答案。
I remember just after graduating from college, I often think about the question: what is the standard of a good art teacher? Should we draw well or should we teach well? What kind of class is a good lesson? With the puzzles in mind, I read books and listen to the teachers’ art classes. After observing, studying and comprehending, I started to look forward to my art class should also be happy, active, efficient, children love! This is my pursuit of art classroom, but also to myself as an art teacher Claim. I started to go to the podium and began to find my answer in various classes.
