加强教学改革,加强学校建设,提高中等职业教育教学质量和效益,不仅是经济发展、社会进步的迫切需要,也是当前职业教育自身发展的内在迫切要求。中等职业教育应当把通过改革,提高教学质量摆在更为突出的位置。只有通过改革,提高教学质量,中等职业教育才能真正适应经济和社会发展的需要。在世纪之交,推动中等职业教育教学改革,有着鲜明的时代特征和重大的战略意义。面向 21世纪,中等职业教育的教学质量应以培养学生的职业能力和综合素质为目标,重在办出职业教育特色,重在培养适应经济、社会发展需要的有用人才。本刊为中等教育教学的改革和发展鼓与呼,提供正确舆论导向和智力支持。教育部“面向 21世纪职业教育课程改革和教材建设规划”推出系列研究成果,现分专题连续刊发浙江省教育科学研究院《中等职业教育教学的现状、问题及对策》课题调研组研究报告,以飨读者。欢迎就有关理论与实践问题进行共同探讨和商榷,以推动中等职业教育的进一步改革与发展。
Strengthening the teaching reform, strengthening the school construction and improving the teaching quality and benefit of secondary vocational education are not only the urgent needs of economic development and social progress, but also the inherent urgent requirements of the current development of vocational education.
