It has been 54 years since 1946, when a new revolutionary two-wheeler named VESPA was born in Rome, Italy at that time. Its originality and its name was inspired by Enrico Piggio’s own intuition about the prevailing market conditions at that time, and its structure was derived from an engineer in aeronautics, Cora Dino Escan Corradion D’Ascanio’s hand.
