电视行业是集思想、知识、技术于一体的信息产业，其人才的基本素质必须同这种信息产业的要求相适应。否则，电视产业的功能就不可能得到充分、有效的发挥。为此，我刊将从本期开始展开关于“电视从业人员的素质与修养”的专题研讨。我们希望，来自专家及一些电视人对此话题的思考与见解，能够帮助从事电视这一光荣事业的人们深刻地认识到：提高自身，乃至队伍的素质是事业的必需，认识到事业对从业人员素质的具体要求，从而既志存高远又脚踏实地地去追求。同时，也希望通过研讨，促进队伍素质建设及其相关的制度建设。
The television industry is an information industry integrating ideas, knowledge and technology. The basic quality of its personnel must be compatible with the requirements of such information industry. Otherwise, the function of the TV industry can not be fully and effectively played. To this end, I will start from this issue on the “quality of television professionals and self-cultivation” seminar. We hope that people from experts and some TV viewers on this topic will help people who are deeply involved in the glorious cause of television to realize that improving themselves and the quality of their teams is a necessity for their careers. Quality of the specific requirements, so as both lofty and down-to-earth pursuit. At the same time, we also hope that through the study and discussion, we will promote the building of the quality of our team and the related institutional building.
