从红花五味子(Schisandra rubriflora Rhed et wils)种仁的乙醇提取物中分到10个术脂素成分,其中8个为联苯环辛烯类木脂素,即五味子丙素(wuweizisu C)(1),(-)-红花五味子素[(-)-rubschisandrin](2),红花五味子酯(rubschisantherin)(3),去氧五味子素(deoxyschisandrin)(4),五味子酚酯(schisanhenol acetate)(5),五味子酚乙(schisanhcnol B)(6),五味子酚(schisanhenol)(7),gomisin O(8);两个为简单木脂素,即前五味子素(pregomisin)(9),内消旋二氢癒疮木脂酸(meso-dihydroguaiaretic acid)(10)。(2),(3),(5),(6)为新木脂素,其结构经光谱分析和衍生物制备,均已确定,初步药理实验证明,(2),(6)有降低谷丙转氨酶的作用。
From the ethanol extract of the kernels of Schisandra rubriflora Rhed et wils, ten of the constituent lipopolysaccharide were fractionated, of which eight were biphenylcyclooctene lignans, namely wuweizisu C ( 1), (-) - rubschisandrin (2), rubschisantherin (3), deoxyschisandrin (4), schisanhenol acetate ), Schisanhcnol B (6), schisanhenol (7), gomisin O (8); two are simple lignans, pregomisin (9), Meso-dihydroguaiaretic acid (10). (2), (3), (5) and (6) are new lignans. Their structures have been determined by spectroscopic analysis and derivatisation. Preliminary pharmacological experiments have shown that (2) and (6) Aminotransferase role.
