一、成人高校师资队伍存在的问题(1)教师的思想政治工作和职业道德教育还有待加强。其主要表现在一部分中青年教师对政治上要求上进表现淡漠,此外,由于市场经济条件下出现经商、办公司、出国热的冲击,教师的收入与社会上的收入差距拉大,从而影响一批中青年教学骨干离开学校或主要精力不放在学校。(2)传统的教育模式亟待改变,教师的知识结构和能力结构急需更新。其主要表现在相当多的教师知识老化,其教学内容和方法仍然停留在知识教育和专业教育的观念上。(3)教师队伍结构出现断层,着力培养中青年教学骨干和学术带头人已成为当务之急。(4)对教师尤其是青年教师使用多,培养少,缺乏促进教师积极承担教学
First, the problems existing in the teaching staff of adult colleges and universities (1) Teachers’ ideological and political work and ethics education have yet to be strengthened. (4) The use of teachers, especially young teachers, is poor with little training to promote teachers’ active commitment to teaching
