我们于1980年在扬州二青上应用放射性同位素~(35)S标记的马拉硫磷做了不同施药浓度、次数,对不同层次菜叶的残留量及消失动态测定.~(35)S克马拉硫磷由中国农科院原子能利用研究所生产,纯度>90%,比强1.47毫居里/克,放射化学纯85%.分为1、2、3次施药,药液浓度分为500和1000倍两种.各重复一次,共12个小区.小区面积8平方尺.施药量以每亩120斤为标准,每小区喷药80毫升.各个处理于0(当天)、1、3、5、7、10、14、21天分别随机取样5株,分心叶、中层叶和外部老叶三部分分析.叶片剪碎成2毫米以下的细条,经充分拌和后称取10克,重复一次,置于称量瓶中,在室温下加20毫升苯浸提24小时后,吸取上清液1毫升于FH408自动定标器和钟罩计算管下测定其放射性强度,并
