无嘌呤 /无嘧啶核酸内切酶 (ＡＰＥ/Ｒｅｆ 1)是一种ＤＮＡ修复酶 ,负责修复ＤＮＡ上无嘌呤 /无嘧啶 (ＡＰ)位点 ,ＡＰ位点不完全修复会引起基因突变和遗传不稳定性。作者就短暂性全脑缺血时海马ＣＡ1区ＡＰＥ/Ｒｅｆ 1表达与细胞凋亡的关系进行了研究。选用体重 2 75～ 32 5克
