采用XRD、DSC(差示扫描量热仪)、VSM(振动样品磁强计)等检测方法,研究了分步预退火处理对(Fe_(74)Ga_2P_(9.65)B_(4.6)Si_3C_(6.35))_(98)Nb_2铁基非晶合金微观结构及晶化过程的影响。结果表明,经过分步预退火处理后样品内部的结构弛豫更加明显,呈现较强的预峰。对淬态样品、经过低温和高温单步退火以及分步预退火处理后的非晶样品在相同的条件下进行了晶化处理,其析出相的构成变化为(α-Fe、Fe_2B),(α-Fe、Fe_2B、FeP_4),(α-Fe、Fe_2B、FeP_4、Fe_3C、Fe_3Si);平均晶粒尺寸依次为32.2、27.2、30.2、20.3 nm;晶化面积为18.4%、21.7%、29.7%、33.9%。经过分步预退火处理的晶化样品的玻璃转化温度T_g、晶化起始温度T_x、晶化峰值温度T_p最高,表明其热稳定性最好。
(Fe_ (74) Ga_2P_ (9.65) B_ (4.6) Si_3C_ (6.35)) was investigated by means of XRD, DSC and VSM. ) _ (98) Effect of Nb (superscript 2 +) on Microstructure and Crystallization Process of Iron - Based Amorphous Alloys. The results show that the structural relaxation within the sample after pre-annealing step by step is more obvious, showing a strong pre-peak. The samples of the quenched samples were crystallized under the same conditions after single-step annealing at low temperature and high temperature and pre-annealing of step-by-step. The composition of the precipitated phases changed as (α-Fe, Fe_2B), ( The average grain sizes were 32.2, 27.2, 30.2 and 20.3 nm, respectively. The crystallization areas were 18.4%, 21.7% and 29.7% , 33.9%. The glass transition temperature T_g, the crystallization start temperature T_x and the crystallization peak temperature T_p of the crystallized sample after the pre-annealing step by step are the highest, indicating the best thermal stability.
