一、工程概况及结构选型 本工程为单层试验大厅,平面净尺寸40米×50米,净高30米。厅内要求恒温、恒湿及六面屏蔽。屋面下有保温通风夹层及2台3吨悬挂电动葫芦,沿马蹄形轨道行走,能吊挂室内任何位置的重物,此外还有48个可吊荷载0.5吨的固定吊点。整个屋面均布荷载为360公斤/米~2,其中静载270公斤/米~2。 经几种方案比较后,最后选用了钢管球节点斜
I. Project Overview and Structural Selection This project is a single-layer test hall with a net plane size of 40 meters x 50 meters and a net height of 30 meters. The hall requires constant temperature, humidity and six sides. Under the roof there are thermal insulation and ventilation mezzanine and two 3 tons electric hoist hoists. They can walk along the horseshoe-shaped track and can hang heavy objects anywhere in the room. In addition, there are 48 fixed hanging points that can hoist 0.5 tons of load.
