糖皮质激素的主要药理作用之一为抗过敏作用,因而较广泛的应用于包括哮喘在内的许多过敏性疾病。因药物本身引起过敏反应并导致死亡者尚少报道,我们曾遇到4例,报告如下。本文4例,女3,男1,年龄26～53岁。①均为喘息型气管炎患者。②均为速发型变态反应,于糖皮质激素注射过程中或刚注完即出现支气管痉挛、水肿所致的极度呼吸困难、烦躁不安、严重紫绀、抽搐及血压下降等过敏性休克表现,其中1例死亡。③糖皮 One of the major pharmacological effects of glucocorticoids is antiallergic effect, and thus is widely used in many allergic diseases including asthma.
