胆汁中的卵磷脂可在胰液的磷酸酯酶A作用下生成溶血卵磷脂。十二指肠内容物返流时,溶血卵磷脂进入胃内,消耗胃粘膜的甘油糖脂,从而破坏胃粘膜的完整性,削弱胃粘膜屏障,因此十二指肠返流是胃病变的重要原因。由于收集胃液的方法不同,对于胃内分泌物中的溶血卵磷脂浓度是否足以损害胃粘膜,有不同的看法。作者在6名十二指肠溃疡(DU组)和6名胃溃疡(GU组)病人收集基础胃分泌物和皮下注射五肽胃泌素刺激产生的胃内分泌物,每15分钟1次,各4次,测定其卵磷脂、溶血卵磷脂和甘油糖脂的含量。

The authors collected basal gastric secretions from 6 patients with duodenal ulcer (DU group) and 6 patients with gastric ulcer (GU group) and gastric secretions stimulated with pentagastrin administered subcutaneously every 15 minutes 4 times, determination of its lecithin, lysolecithin and glyceroglycolipid content.
