中亚天然气管道工程为双管线平行敷设,管道规格为Ф1067mm,按等级分为15.9mm和19.1mm两种壁厚,管线间距30m,作业带总宽度72m。其中1096桩-1097桩施工段,长892米,该地段地表植被茂盛,常年有地表水,淤泥层较厚,渗透性差,导致施工设备进场困难、管材无法运输、管沟不易成型。经过调研和反复现场勘察,确定的总体施工方案为:挖明沟排水,作业带晾晒,分段组对焊接,漂管就位,压载下沟。本文介绍了该方案的具体施工工艺。工程实践表明,这种方法成功解决了沼泽地段管道施工的实际困难,在施工进度、质量和成本上都取得了满意的结果。可为类似地区的管道施工提供有益的借鉴。
