目的应用超声心动图检查,分析左心结构改变与心电图ptfV1值的关系。方法采用日本产Agilent心电图机描记患者入院当天的静息12导联体表心电图,以及应用APOGEE800彩色脉冲多普勒超声心动描记仪测量患者左心房前后经、左心房心尖四腔短轴径及长径、左心室短轴收缩末和舒张末前后径及横径、左心室收缩末和舒张末心尖四腔长径及左心室后壁、室间隔的厚度和运动幅度,并分析左心结构改变与心电图ptfV1值的关系。结果心电图ptfV1≤-0.03mm.s与左心房前后径、左心房心尖四腔短径、左心室心尖四腔长径、左心室短轴收缩末和舒张末前后径及收缩末横径的大小以及左室后壁及室间隔的运动幅度关系密切(P均<0.05),与左心房心尖四腔长径、左心室舒张未短轴横径、左室后壁及室间隔厚度均无相关(P均>0.05),P波直立组、ptfV1>-0.03mm.s组以上各指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论心电图ptfV1的出现与左心结构变化有一定关系。
Objective To analyze the relationship between left ventricular structural changes and the ptfV1 value of electrocardiogram by echocardiography. Methods The resting 12-lead body surface electrocardiogram was recorded on a Japanese-made Agilent electrocardiogram machine and the short axis and long axis of the left atrial apical four-chamber were measured with APOGEE800 color Doppler echocardiography. Diameter, left and right ventricular end-systolic and diastolic anteroposterior diameter and transverse diameter, left ventricular end-systolic and diastolic apical four-chamber length and left ventricular posterior wall, interventricular septum thickness and amplitude of motion, and analysis of left ventricular structural changes and ECG ptfV1 value of the relationship. Results electrocardiogram ptfV1≤-0.03mm.s and anteroposterior diameter of the left atrium, left atrial apical four-chamber short diameter, left ventricular apical four-chamber long diameter, left ventricular short-axis end-systolic and diastolic anteroposterior and end-systolic diameter size and Left ventricular posterior wall and interventricular septum movement range of close (P all <0.05), and left atrial apical four-chamber long diameter, left ventricular diastolic short axis diameter, left ventricular posterior wall and interventricular septum thickness were not related (P (All P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between P wave group and PtfV1> -0.03mm.s group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The appearance of ECG ptfV1 and left ventricular structural changes have a certain relationship.
